    (a) If you receive a hot sauce product that is damaged during transit or is defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

    (b) Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective product. Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will issue a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping fees.
